1 Chassis

The frame is designed and manufactured by XCMG, with a fully covered walking platform, anti torsion box structure, and high-strength steel manufacturing.

4 legs, H-shaped arrangement, using dual level horizontal legs, with hydraulic control for horizontal and vertical expansion and contraction, and equipped with chassis on both sides

The manual control handle is equipped with a level, lighting, and speed control button, and the vertical support legs have hydraulic bidirectional locks.

2 Superstructure

2.1 Structure

XCMG designs and manufactures high-strength steel.

 

2.2 Hydraulic system

The chassis engine drives the gear pump through the gearbox for lifting, slewing, extending, and rotating actions. Specialized throttle load sensitivity

Design, the minimum flow rate of the system is more stable, the system stiffness is more reasonable, and the micro motion and smoothness of the operation are more prominent. Adopting separation and merging technology, the lifting, variable amplitude, and telescopic dual pumps merge together. Air cooled hydraulic oil radiator.

2.3 Manipulation method

Pilot fluid proportional control, stepless speed regulation, controlled by two left and right control handles.

 

2.4 Lifting mechanism

Double fold line rope groove drum, driven by hydraulic motor, with built-in planetary gear speed reducer and normally closed brake, and equipped with balance valve. The end of the steel wire rope is equipped with a rope head, which is directly installed inside the cable sleeve, improving the replacement speed and making it convenient and fast. The main and auxiliary lifting mechanisms operate independently.

 

2.5 Rotary mechanism

Single row four point contact ball external tooth rotary bearing, driven by hydraulic motor, with built-in planetary gear reducer and normally closed brake, can continuously rotate 360 °, with power control or free sliding function, and can be infinitely variable speed.

 

2.6 Variable amplitude mechanism

Single double acting front hydraulic variable amplitude cylinder with balance valve.

 

2.7 Control room

The new steel control room is equipped with a front window, safety glass, and sun visors on the windows. The backrest of the operator's seat can be tilted for positioning, and the control lever is installed on the armrests on both sides of the seat. The front and top windows are equipped with wipers. Standard cold and warm air conditioning.

 

2.8 Electrical system

2.9 Safety device

Hydraulic balance valve, hydraulic relief valve, hydraulic bidirectional lock, torque limiter. Three circle protector to prevent the steel wire rope from being too loose. Set a height limit on the arm head to prevent the steel wire rope from over winding. The winch monitoring device monitors the status of the winch in real-time.

 

2.10 Torque limiter

When the actual torque approaches overload, a visual alarm is sounded and the dangerous action is automatically stopped before overload occurs. It has overload memory function (black box) and fault self diagnosis function.
